Via e-mail contact ben ik in contact met Benjamin gekomen. Naast alle andere reactie die ik kreeg na een verzoek om informatie. Benjamin viel hierbij m.n. op, omdat hij elke keer zeer alert reageerde en door mij gewenste wijzigingen in het programma accuraat uitvoerde. Ook al is zo’n e-mail contact altijd wat onzeker, in het geval van Benjamin zijn alle mogelijke twijfels na afloop van de reis onterecht gebleken. Ondanks het feit dat ik niet 100% zeker wist wanneer ik in Madagascar zou aankomen, stond Benjamin mij op het afgesproken moment netjes op te wachten en heeft mij naar het hotel in Tana gebracht. Daar heeft hij mij voorgesteld aan mijn chauffeur, Nono. Ondanks zijn voor Nederlanders wat vreemd klinkende naam, bleek Nono een uiterst ervaren en veilige chauffeur. Naast Frans sprak hij ook Engels, ook al heb ik dit niet vaak uitgeprobeerd. Dit omdat ik mijn Frans juist wat wilde opvijzelen. Tijdens de reis blijken alle afspraken netjes nagekomen te worden door Nono. In overleg met mij stelde hij nog wat wijzigingen voor qua hotel en in mijn optiek bleken dat ook achteraf verbeteringen te zijn. Alle lof dus. Na een binnenlandse vlucht vanuit Tulear terug naar Tana werd ik weer netjes door Benjamin opgewacht, ondanks de vertraging van drie uur die de vlucht had opgelopen. Vervolgens heeft Benjamin mij nog enkele dagen meegenomen naar Perinet en ook daar werden alle afspraken weer accuraat gevolgd. Per saldo ben ik dus uitermate tevreden over de service die ik van Benjamin en Nono gekregen heb en ik zal zeker weer van hun diensten gebruik maken als ik weer terug ga naar Madagascar.

Hi Benjamin, Not the quickest of replies, but we have been travelling a fair bit since we left Madagascar. With out a doubt we had a super time throughout our holiday and overall 2 of the highlights were the lovely people and your food that we did enjoy.Naivo was great, we had a fine time, & a lovely way to end our time in Madagascar, after our cramped trips in Taxi Brusses. Benjamin organised a fantastic trip for us to Madagascar. It was easy to contact Benjamin, and he always replied promptly to all my emails. Everything went according to plan, and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Their English was OK, it’s difficult to find many people who speak English. Madagascar is a wonderful place! Our favourite places were Isalo National Park and Ranomafana NP. We saw lots of wildlife - chameleons, birds and 11 types of lemur. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. I can thoroughly recommend Madagascar for a spectacular nature holiday, and highly recommend Benjamin’s company for the organisation of your trip.

Benjamin�s Organisation war (f�r Madagaskar unglaublich) p�nktlich und der Service erstklassig... Dank Benjamin habe ich Madagaskar kennen - und lieben gelernt; deshalb w�rde ich jederzeit wieder eine Tour mit Ihm (oder einem seiner zuverl�ssigen Guides) unternehmen. Sehr empfehlenswert! I hope that if fortune allows we will one day re-visit Madagascar, and when we do we will definitely ask that you provide us with drivers to get us to where we want to go. Travelling to Madagascar is not cheap, and we are not rich people, as being able to meet someone like yourself who provided us with rates so well below what other tour groups wanted us to pay was very fortunate for us.
