Madagascar is one of my favourite countries to visit and I have been here at least 10 times. 2009 Benjamin helped me to arrange a family roundtrip on the island and I was so satisfied so he was entrusted with the task of organizing the following journeys, 2016 in southern Madagascar, 2021 in western Madagascar, 2022 in southern and eastern Madagascar with two grandchildren and 2024 in northern madagascar. Before every trip I work out a specified travel plan and I am impressed that during every journey the travel plan has been followed to 100%. Clever drivers and charming guides with good knowledges have been helping me to receive a great memory. There have always been a good cooperation between enclosed guide, local guides and drivers. There is much more for me to meet on this very special island and I am sure I will return in a couple of years. I will let Visit Mada Tours arrange the upcoming trips.

Hi Benjamin Thanks for your short feedback request. Well, unfortunately we are already back home, arrived in the daily life again. We had an absolutely unforgettable trip to a wonderful country with so many great impressions. Everything worked out perfect and as planned by you. The hotels you have chosen were superb, clean, with large rooms and good food all over. Driver Christian and Charles plus guide Donald were adorable, competent and always concerned about our wellbeing, always ready to satisfy our needs and very patient with the kids. The 2 cars we used were comfortable and in good shape, the driving was sometimes indeed long, but this is the issue because of the bad road conditions, especially on RN 7. The itinerary was well planned and not too stressful thanks to mostly staying 2 nights at the hotel with time to relax in the afternoon. The contact with you is very uncomplicated, efficient and solution-orientated, you are hyper-fast in responding whatsapp messages or mails, that is rare and proves that you have been in this business since long with lots of experience. The vegan foud request for the breakfast didn't go through that consequently but this is mostly due to the fact that the service personnel doesn't really know what "vegan" really means or cannot understand this dietary-related request. I must admit it is in fact quite complicated with a wife strictly living with this conviction she is stubbornly following... The only thing I would have changed is to stay one night longer in Isalo as the national park and the Hotel Jardin du Roi has so much to offer and the visit in Anja Community Reserve: I loved it there so much, I really wanted to profit from this place longer than only on a 2-hour-walk. I wanted to stay there overnight despite the security alert you mentioned, but it is all fine. We will book with you again, that is for sure. We really fell in love with Madagascar, therefore in the next 3-5 years I will get back to you to organise a trip to the northeast with a visit of Masoala NP. I will recommend you for sure if I have friends planning a trip to Madagascar. Best regards Reto
