made with us. Please read them carefully, as they form part of the contract between you and us and will be
legally binding upon confirmation of your booking.

reservations:
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Before making the payment, you will receive our tour
contract by
email for your review and signature. The remaining 70% balance must be paid before the tour begins when we meet
in
Antananarivo. We prefer to receive the balance in cash, in euros (€) or US dollars (USD), as foreign currency is
not
readily available through local banks in Madagascar. If you prefer not to travel with a large amount of cash,
you may
pay the remaining balance by bank transfer before your arrival, using the same transfer process you used for the
deposit.
travel insurance:
Your holiday package with us does NOT include travel insurance and it is your responsibility to ensure you have
adequate
insurance cover. In accordance with normal industry practice, we will require you to have adequate travel
insurance to
provide accident and medical cover before your holiday departs. Such insurance should ideally be valid from the
date of
booking, be valid throughout the holiday duration and financially cover any probable loss through cancellation,
amendment, accident or health related problems. You should ensure you are covered for all activities you are
planning on
your trip.

you may need to take precautions for malaria etc...................

Please advice us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking, and we will do our best to
accommodate your

confirmed
return air tickets. It is essential that all international flights are reconfirmed with the airline prior to
