The most visited places include a tour of the main city, 3 bays , Amber Mountain Park, Red Tsingy site, and Ankarana Park.

Day 1 : FLY FROM TANA TO ANTSIRANANA .

Meet your personal driver and guide at the airport in Diego Suarez. After your transfer to your hotel, and a quick break, we take a tour around the city, taking in the old Spanish architecture, including the hospital and military house, as well as a visit to the port.

Depart from the hotel in Diego by 4wd, to Bay de Sakalava, connecting on foot, along the coast, to Pigeon and Dune bays. The 3 Bays are situated in the north eastern coastal boundary of Diego Bay. Taking a 2 hour round trip, the bays are world renowned for kite surfing and wind surfing. A very fine sand covers the beach and feels so soft underfoot! We then continue by car, to Ramena beach, for a relaxing and refreshing swim.

Leave from the hotel in Diego to Amber Mountain, by 4wd with your driver. This 18 500 ha national park was created in 1958, the French colonial government recognizing the unique nature of the volcanic massif and its forest. Amber Mountain is also exciting for its plants and animals. The park is home to a subspecies of brown lemur, sanford's brown and crowned lemurs. Other mammals occasionally seen are the ring-tailed mongoose. If you are really lucky, you might spot the elusive fosa. And there are five species of nocturnal lemur. Please do not forget to take your picnic food with you during the visits. We then return to Diego.

( Luxury hotel ) Day 4 : 4WD WITH DRIVER FROM DIEGO TO TSINGY ROUGE AND TO ANKARANA PARK . 4WD with driver from Diego to the red tsingy. A blossoming tourist site only found here in the north of Madagascar. A man made phenomenon, caused by deforestation and consequential rain erosion, the red tsingy towers cut a dramatic and impressive cicatrice through the landscape.

Day 5 : VISIT ANKARANA PARK WITH LOCAL GUIDE . After your hotel breakfast, we continue our visit to the National Park. The Ankarana massif is penetrated by numerous caves and canyons. Some of the largest caves have collapsed, forming isolated pockets of river fed forest, with their own perfectly protected flora and fauna. The reserve is known for its many lemur species, including crowned and sanford's brown lemur, as well as many species of birds, reptiles and insects. ACCOMMODATIONS : ( Hotel is Not included ) .

Day 6 : 4WD WITH DRIVER FROM ANKARANA TO ANKIFY AND TO NOSY BE ISLAND.

The distance from Ankarana Park to Ankify is about 200 km, as we pass by numerous vanilla, pepper, cacao and coffee plantations. As we pass by Ambanja village, the delicate aroma of the ilangilangy (perfume) plantations wafts under our noses.

From here, you can hire a Motor boat from Ankify to Nosy be island. The motor boat ticket from Ankify to Nosy be is 12 000 Ariary which is about 5 euros per person.

Please note that the tour ends here but you can stay as long as you like. We can assist you with your accommodation choices and bookings in Nosy Be. Please ensure you have booked your return air ticket to Tana, as flights are often full.
