These terms and conditions will apply to your holiday and the arrangements which you make. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them. By making a booking, the client confirms that all of the people named in the booking made by him/her have read these conditions, and have agreed to be bound by them and all the other terms of the contract, and that he/she has the authority to accept these terms and conditions on their behalf.
RESERVATIONS :

A 50 % deposit is payable on confirmation, as stated on our tour contract form, which you will receive by email before you process the payment. The balance must be paid before the tour starts when we meet in Antananarivo and we prefer to have the balance in Euro or US dollars cash if possible, so take with you Euro or US dollars since our banks here do not provide any foreign currency for you . If you do not want to carry with you this balance due big amount, you can do the same process of transfer like you did for the deposit.

TRAVEL INSURANCE :

Your holiday package with us does NOT include travel insurance and it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance cover. In accordance with normal industry practice, we will require you to have adequate travel insurance to provide accident and medical cover before your holiday departs. Such insurance should ideally be valid from the date of booking, be valid throughout the holiday duration and financially cover any probable loss through cancellation, amendment, accident or health related problems. You should ensure you are covered for all activities you are planning on your trip.

MEDICAL :

you may need to take precautions for malaria etc...................
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS :

Please advice at time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements, so we may accommodate you.
ITINERARY CHANGES :

Visit Mada Tours reserves the right to change itinerary where this is in case of emergency due to unforeseen circumstances but we do not refund any expenses have paid for the trip like hotels etc ………………..

PAYEMENT METHODE :

Visit Mada Tours accepts your payment by several ways including visa or master card Authorization or by bank transfer or via moneybookers. Read below the details of these payments:

  • First option: If you make the payment by visa or master card , Please ask from Mr Benjamin to email our Mail Order Formulary to you . Our bank will charge you 3.8% additionally for their commission or fees if you pay us by your visa card or master card.
  • Second option : if you want to pay us by moneybookers as it’s like a PayPal system, you need to register through their website at : www.moneybookers.com and once your account is ready to use then Ask Mr Benjamin to email our email account to you .
  • Third option: If you want to use the bank transfer, name the transfer by your Full name and do not forget to inform your bank that all banks fees or commission is in your charge so the exact amount we agreed should well received into our account. Ask Mr benjamin to email our bank details to you .
LIABILITY :

Visit Mada Tours acts only as an agent for their principles so accepts no liability for loss or death, and damages, accident or inconveniences to any person, resulting from any such principals failing to fulfill their obligations; whether related to travel, flights, sport arrangements, accommodation or other. All clients shall be bound by the rules, regulations and conditions of contract laid down by any carrier on which he/she may travel as a result of reservations made, being free from any liability of any nature arising there from.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY & RECONFIRMATION :
It is the client's responsibility to obtain travel documents including valid passport and return air tickets. It is vital to reconfirm your international flights, prior to departure.
DELAYS AND UNUSED SERVICES :

Any expenses incurred due to unexpected extensions to packages/tours caused by flight delays, bad Weather, strikes or any other reasons beyond Visit Mada Tours `control. Visit Mada Tours will not refund you any payment paid. Unused services caused you do not want to continue the trip or other reason. All the payment paid is not refundable.

LOCAL FLIGHT TICKET :

Unused local flight ticket caused by bad weather, strikes or any other reasons beyond Visit Mada Tours and you do not want to use these Tickets anymore then visit mada tours will not refund any cost paid.

CANCELLATION :

If the reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:

  • More than 40 days prior to arrival full of deposit paid refund.
  • From 40 days to 25 days prior to arrival 60% of deposit paid refund.
  • Less than 25 days prior to arrival no refund of deposit paid.
