When making a booking, VISIT MADA TOURS will advise you on our operator's terms and conditions. We will also provide you with additional information, particular to your tour. These will usually cover the following:

RESERVATIONS :

A 50 % deposit is payable, as stated on our tour contract form, which you will receive before you transfer the deposit into our Account . Please remember to provide for the bank fees, when you transfer the deposit into our bank.
The balance must be paid before the tour starts . We prefer to have the balance in euro cash if possible, so please make sure you will have it with you, as the banks here will always provide local currency when you change money .

CANCELLATION :

Visit Mada Tours will refund you 50% of deposit paid, if you cancel the tour up to two months before the trip, as per our Cancellation policies.

TRAVEL INSURANCE :

Travel Insurance (medical & personal accident) is compulsory. Baggage insurance is recommended .

MEDICAL : you may need to take precautions for malaria etc ...................

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS :

Please advice at time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements, so we may accommodate you.

VISAS AND PASSPORTS :

All visitors must have visas, except citizens of some African countries.
Proof of return ticket is required. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from departure date. If you are arriving from the African continent you must have a yellow fever vaccination certificate.

Please note that you can obtain your entry visa from the airport desk here in Madagascar after you get off from your plane. And one month visa will cost you around 60 euro, which must be paid in euro or US dollars cash .

ITINERARY CHANGES :

VISIT MADA TOURS reserves the right to change any itinerary where this is in case of emergency due to unforeseen circumstances .

PAYEMENT METHODE :

Visit Mada Tours accepts your payment by two options.

You can pay us by bank transfer, or by Moneybookers which is similar to Pay Pal terms. If you want to pay us by bank transfer, Ask Mr Benjamin to email our bank details where you can transfer the funds.

Please use your name as the transfer title. Please note that you are responsible for any bank fees or commission, so the exact amount should come in our account.

If you prefer to pay by Visa card, we suggest you to register and login with " MONEYBOOKERS ".
Please note that you need to add 3% of the total amount for the transaction fees or commission .
We will send you our e-mail account address where you can transfer the money through.

LIABILITY :

VISIT MADA TOURS acts only as an agent for their principles so accepts no liability for loss or damages clients may suffer, resulting from any such principals failing to fulfil their obligations; whether related to travel, flights, sport arrangements, accommodation or other.

VISIT MADA TOURS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, accident or inconveniences to any person, their property or luggage, including such that may arise through the negligence of their principles unless provision to the contrary there to is made. All clients shall be bound by the rules, regulations and conditions of contract laid down by any carrier on which he/she may travel as a result of reservations made, being free from any liability of any nature arising there from.

SUGGESTION :

* We strongly suggest to all clients whilst in Madagascar, not to readily supply your email address to people not known to you. If you do, Visit Mada Tours will not be held responsible for any unsolicited emails, from these people.

* We suggest clients to bring small gifts like pens or candy, for the many children you will meet along the way. To give children money only teaches them to become beggars.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY & RECONFIRMATION :

It is the client's responsibility to obtain travel documents including valid passport and return air tickets. It is vital to reconfirm all flights, prior to departure.

DELAYS AND UNUSED SERVICES :

Any expenses incurred due to unexpected extensions to packages/tours caused by flight delays, bad weather, strikes or any other reasons beyond VISIT MADA TOURS`control.

VISIT MADA TOURS will refund you 50% of your payment.

LOCAL FLIGHT TICKET :

Unused local flight ticket caused by flight delays, bad weather, strikes or any other reasons beyond VISIT MADA TOURS. VISIT MADA TOURS will refund you half of the price paid for the local air ticket.
