When making a booking, VISIT MADA TOURS will advise you on each operator's terms and conditions and other important tips . These will usually cover the following:

RESERVATIONS :

A 50 % deposit is payable as stated on our tour contract form which you will receive before you transfer the deposit into our Account . Please note the bank fees is in charge of you when you transfer the deposit into our bank .
The balance must be paid before the tour starts upon your arrival and we prefer to have the balance in euro cash if possible so please make sure you will have it with you as the banks here will always provide local currency when you change money .

CANCELLATION :

Visit Mada Tours will give you back the half of deposit paid if you cancel the tour in one month before the trip with the Cancellation policies .

TRAVEL INSURANCE :

Travel Insurance (medical & personal accident) is compulsory. Baggage insurance is recommended .

MEDICAL :

you may need to take precautions for malaria etc ...................

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS :

Please advise at time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements .

VISAS AND PASSPORTS :

We will recommend you to get your visa upon your arrival at the airport with valid passport and round trip air ticket conditions . The cost to get a visa at the airport is about 60 euro per person and this can be paid in Cash only so make sure you have got enough cash with you .

ITINERARY CHANGES :

VISIT MADA TOURS reserves the right to change any itinerary where this is in case of emergency due to unforeseen circumstances .

PAYEMENT METHODE :

Visit Mada Tours accepts the payment with two optional .

You can pay us by bank transfer or by Moneybookers which is like a pay pal . If you want to pay us by bank transfer , Ask Mr Benjamin to email you our bank details where you can start to transfer the funds and Name the transfer by your name. Please note the bank fees or commission is in charge of you so the exact amount should come in our account .
But if you want to pay us with your visa cards, we suggest you to register and login with " MONEYBOOKERS " then start to pay us . Please note that you need to addition 3% of the total amount for the transaction fees or commission .We will send you our e-mail account address where you transfer the money through if you are happy to use this Moneybookers .

LIABILITY :

VISIT MADA TOURS acts only as an agent for their principles so accepts no liability for loss or damages clients may suffer resulting from any such principals failing to fulfil their obligations; whether related to travel, flights, sport arrangements, accommodation or other .

VISIT MADA TOURS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, accident or inconveniences to any person, their property or luggage, including such that may arise through the negligence of their principles unless provision to the contrary there to is made . All clients shall be bound by the rules, regulations and conditions of contract laid down by any carrier on which he/she may travel as a result of reservations made, being free from any liability of any nature arising there from .

SUGGESTION :

* We strongly suggest all clients Not to spread away your personal email address or contact to anyone to avoid asking something from you all the time when you back home . Visit Mada Tours will not responsible for any demand or swindle if it's happen without our authorised .

* We suggest client to have some gifts like pen or candy etc.............. for the kids or anyone instead to give them money .

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY & RECONFIRMATION :

It is the client's responsibility to obtain travel documents including valid passport and air tickets for round trip and reconfirm all flights prior to departure .

DELAYS AND UNUSED SERVICES :

Any expenses incurred due to unexpected extensions to packages/tours caused by flight delays, bad weather, strikes or any other reason’s beyond VISIT MADA TOURS .
VISIT MADA TOURS will refund you only the half price of the tour paid .

LOCAL FLIGHT TICKET :

Unused local flight ticket caused by flight delays, bad weather, strikes or any other reason’s beyond VISIT MADA TOURS . VISIT MADA TOURS will refund you half of the price paid for the local air ticket .
